Located in the heart of Easton Park, Union Park is divided into two sections: East and West.
In Union Park East, you’ll find a model home row, paved trails, The Union, and Union Bark, our introductory dog park. Freestanding Urban Homes by Brookfield Residential on 30-ft lots offer alley-loaded garages and shared front gardens for grilling and chilling with neighbors.
Union Park West offers chic and modern Single-Family Homes from Meritage on 35-ft. homesites. This section brings everything you love about Austin right to your backyard.
