Here at Easton Park, our Community Life Team not only keeps the good times going with hundreds of events and activities each year – they also take care of a lot of the business of running the neighborhood. We wanted to introduce these hard workers so that you can say hi when you see them around Easton Park!
Teffani Davis
Executive Director
What do you do every day?
I have the pleasure of working with the Community Life team on all aspects of Community Life management, including advancing the goals and promoting the vision of Easton Park. I work closely with the Board of Directors and the Brookfield development teams.
Favorite part of your job?
Engaging with the residents, building relationships, and working alongside an amazing team!
What do you love about Easton Park?
I love everything about Easton Park! The amazing parks that are inspired from places around the world, the gorgeous trails, the sense of community, the cool Austin vibe, the variety of unique floor plans, and the most amazing residents!
What do you wish people knew about you?
Fun fact – I am related to local country music artist Wade Bowen.
Any pets?
I have two Chihuahuas named Turbo and Boomer, and a cat named Stormee.
Paul Cardenas
Director of Community Engagement
What do you do every day?
I work with residents! I’m here to connect with them and build those long-term relationships so we can plan events, activities, and services that fit the needs of the community. I also work with the larger Austin community to build partnerships that support Austin and the neighborhood.
Favorite part of your job?
I love seeing how the community grows. When I first started here years ago, there were families who were just married with a dog, and now they have multiple babies!
What do you love about Easton Park? How do I pick one thing?! I love the diversity. I love the kindness of the residents. I love getting to work in The Union – it’s gorgeous. I love my team!
What do you wish people knew about you?
I’m a native Austinite, and working at Easton Park as Communications Coordinator was my first job out of college. After working at a Brookfield property in Denver, I came back to Easton Park.
Any pets?
I have a dog named Poseidon.
Chris Sandoval
Community Standards Coordinator
What do you do every day?
I help ensure Compliance to maintain a visually sustaining and exceptional community.
Favorite part of your job?
I like assisting residents with understanding the importance of compliance, how to achieve it, and breaking down the stigma and traditional view of “HOA” Compliance.
What do you love about Easton Park?
The vast difference of people and personal experiences.
What do you wish people knew about EP?
Believe it or not, mowing and trimming is the easiest part of lawn maintenance. But when it comes to weeds and lawn health, for the average lawn DIYer, a good lawn boils down to knowledge, hard work and consistency. Remember, a “lawn guy” or “landscaper” is not the same as a reputable service that specializes in a wide range of lawn services.

I have Meekah Lena, a Husky, and Otis Lee and Ellie May, Blue Heelers.
Emily Pollard
Ambassador
What do you do every day?
I assist residents with everyday needs, maintain all Brivo and resident portal accounts, help with all things to do with reservations, maintain The Union amenities spaces, welcome everyone to Easton Park, and more.
Favorite part of your job?
I get to talk to people every day and problem solve.
What do you love about Easton Park?
The type of community we all strive to make it and the focus on native plants.
What do you wish people knew about you?
I used to work in the San Marcos River, and I love talking about the river wildlife.
Any pets?
No pets, but I have plenty of plants in my house and backyard.
John Larroque
Facilities Manager
What do you do every day?
As Facilities Manager, I oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. Our team enhances the efficiency of facilities project management and provides daily maintenance and repairs to the Union, amenities, and throughout the community. We work with the landscape service to maintain Easton Park. We work with contractors and the developer on new construction throughout Easton Park.
Favorite part of your job?
Working with our team to resolve concerns for the community. We love Eastonites!
What do you love about Easton Park?
No day is the same. Our team works hard to provide the best experience we can for our residents and guests. This brings the ultimate satisfaction to our efforts.
What do you wish people knew about you?
Our team is customer service oriented; that’s what we love to do. We do our best to provide you with excellent customer service to the best of our ability.
Any pets?
No pets these days except the grandchildren.
Angie Castro
Community Operations Manager
What do you do every day?
I oversee all aspects of community governance.
Favorite part of your job?
I love helping and learning about this community and how I can help to make this a better place for our residents.
What do you love about Easton Park?
The residents are so creative and nice.
What do you wish people knew about EP?
We work in The Union, and residents are always welcome to come by and ask questions! We love helping folks out and sharing information.
Any pets?
I have 2 dogs – a 17yr old Pomeranian named Cujo and an 8 month old Doberman puppy named Oakley.
Ramiro Lopez
Maintenance Technician
What do you do every day?
I work with the facilities team to maintain the community appearance, perform routine maintenance, and inspect all common areas, including the parks and trails.
Favorite part of your job?
The team that we have.
What do you love about Easton Park?
I love how friendly the residents of Easton Park are.
Any pets? I have 4 dogs (Buddy, Puppy, Angel and Mocho), 3 cats (Boy, Girl, and Gris), and 1 bearded dragon named Dragon.
Jody Segura
Maintenance/Porter
What do you do every day?
My responsibilities consist of maintaining the common areas, including the pool area, The Union, and the parks.
Favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of the job is being able to learn something new each day

I love how friendly everyone has been since I first started.
What do you wish people knew about you?
I’m a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan …. This is our year!
Any pets?
No pets as of yet but I do plan on buying a baby duck and naming him “Pudge.”
